FAQ
Questions you’re probably asking yourself.
How much time does this actually take each week?
Less than you think. There are no compulsory two-hour calls and you move through the levels at your own pace. Most members carve out 30 to 60 minutes a week to implement one thing at a time. The live sessions are a bonus, not homework, and they’re all recorded.
If you’re flat out right now, that’s exactly why you need better systems, not more hours.
I’m just starting out. Is it too early for me?
Not at all. I work with two types of electrician: sparkies just starting a business, and sparkies who’ve been in business a while, maybe with a few staff, but are lacking direction and systems. Start early and you build on clean foundations instead of unlearning bad habits later.
I’ve been running for years and I’m already flat out. What’s in it for me?
Plenty. Are you really sure you’re turning a profit? Are you putting your effort into the right clients and the right work? Chances are you don’t need more leads, you need better systems behind the leads you already get. This is about doing less and keeping more.
Do I have to use ServiceM8?
No, not necessarily. That said, ServiceM8 is the job management software that holds the whole system together and it’s where the magic happens. If you’re already on it, we’ll get your machine oiled up. If you’re not, I’m pretty sure you will be once you see it.
Is this only for Australia?
My electrical business is in Sydney, so everything inside is built for the Australian market. I may consider UK and Ireland applicants. Ask.
Is this only for electricians?
Yes. I practise what I preach about being niche. Electricians only.
Is this just another course I’ll start and never finish?
