Piracy Policy

Last updated 21 September 2026

Everything inside the mentorship took years to build. It is licensed to members for use in their own electrical business and nothing else. Sharing it, copying it or building something that imitates it ends your membership on the spot and we will pursue it.

You have agreed to this

This policy forms part of the Terms of Trade you accept when you pay for membership of The Simplified Sparky Mentorship. By making that payment, whether in full or the first instalment of a payment plan, you agree to be bound by this policy for the whole of your membership and after it ends. It also applies to anyone you allow to access the content, and you are responsible for them.

Copyright and ownership

All content in the mentorship and on simplifiedsparky.com is owned by Tradieology Pty Ltd (ABN 85 650 036 034), trading as Simplified Sparky or licensed to us, and is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright treaties. That includes, without limitation:

Paying for membership buys you a licence to use this material. It does not transfer ownership of any of it to you.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content inside one electrical business, for as long as you are a financial member. You can adapt templates and tools for your own jobs, clients and team, and you can teach your own staff what they need to do their jobs. That is the full extent of the licence.

Sharing is prohibited

You must not share mentorship content with anyone who is not a current member. This means you must not:

Copying and copycatting is prohibited

You must not reproduce, imitate or repackage what we teach. This means you must not:

Monitoring

Content may be watermarked, tagged or otherwise identifiable to the member it was delivered to. We check where our content turns up, including inside other communities and programs. If it turns up somewhere it shouldn't, we will know whose copy it was.

What happens if you breach this

Any breach of this policy is a serious breach of the Terms of Trade. If we find content being shared, copied or copycatted, we will do some or all of the following:

Where we believe another business or program has been built using our material, we will pursue that business as well as the member who supplied it.

After your membership ends

Your licence ends the day your membership ends. From then on you must not use, share or refer to the content, and you must delete any copies you downloaded or saved. Notes and business documents you wrote yourself for your own business are yours to keep. Every obligation on this page survives the end of your membership.

Reporting piracy

If you see our content being shared, sold or copied anywhere, tell us through the contact page with a link or screenshot. We keep the name of the person reporting confidential.
