Consumer Terms and Conditions
Last updated 21 September 2026
These are the terms that apply when you buy anything from us: the mentorship, a course, a tool or any other product or service. They work together with the Terms of Trade you accept at checkout and our Refund Policy.
Who you are buying from
Tradieology Pty Ltd (ABN 85 650 036 034), trading as Simplified Sparky, New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us"). Contact us through the contact page.
Who can buy
Our programs are built for licensed electricians and electrical business owners in Australia and are sold for business use. By buying, you confirm you are at least 18, you are buying for your business, and the details you give us are true. We may decline or cancel an order if it doesn't meet these conditions.
Ordering and payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout where applicable.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
- Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send you access details. Until then, no contract is formed.
- Where a program is sold on a payment plan, the plan is a way of paying for the full program, not a subscription you can stop at any time. The full commitment is set out in the Terms of Trade.
- If a payment fails we will retry it and let you know. Access may be paused until the account is up to date.
What you receive
Our products are delivered digitally: access to an online community, live sessions, recordings, resources and tools, as described on the offer page at the time you buy. We may improve, add to or reorganise content during your term. We won't remove anything that materially reduces what you paid for.
You need your own internet connection and device. Live sessions run on Sydney time; recordings are provided if you can't make one.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content in one electrical business for the term of your membership. Sharing, reselling or redistributing it is not allowed. See our Piracy Policy.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if the services are not provided with due care and skill, are not fit for the purpose you told us about, or are not delivered within a reasonable time. What the remedy is depends on whether the problem is minor or major. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Refunds and cancellation
Set out in full in the Refund Policy. In short: no change-of-mind refunds, and a payment plan can't be stopped early, but your consumer guarantees always apply.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details private and tell us if you think they have been compromised.
- Follow the Acceptable Use Policy inside the community.
- Get your own legal, financial and licensing advice before acting on what you learn. We share what has worked for us and other members. We are not your lawyer, accountant or regulator.
Liability
Other than the consumer guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business, arising from your purchase or use of our products. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.
Ending the agreement
We may end your access without refund if you seriously breach these terms, the Terms of Trade, the Acceptable Use Policy or the Piracy Policy. Payments already owing remain owing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
