These terms cover your use of simplifiedsparky.com and its subdomains. By using the site you agree to them. Buying the mentorship is covered separately by the Terms of Trade you agree to at checkout.

Who runs the site

The site is operated by Tradieology Pty Ltd (ABN 85 650 036 034), trading as Simplified Sparky, New South Wales, Australia ("we", "us"). Contact us through the contact page.

Using the site

You can browse the site, watch the videos, listen to the podcast, use the free tools and send us an enquiry. You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or to harm anyone.
• Submit false information through our forms, or submit enquiries on behalf of someone who hasn't asked you to.
• Scrape, copy or harvest content, data or email addresses from the site.
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools on the site or its forms.
• Try to get around any security, rate limit or access control.
• Interfere with how the site works or the servers it runs on.

Our content

Everything on the site, including text, video, audio, images, the Flywheel™ framework, tools and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You can view it for your own information. You can't copy, republish, adapt or sell it without our written permission. Sharing a link to a page is fine and welcome.

The content on this site is general business information, drawn from our own experience running an electrical business and coaching others. It is not legal, financial, tax or licensing advice, and it doesn't take your circumstances into account. Get your own professional advice before acting on it.

Member stories, wins and numbers shown on the site are real, but they are individual results. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your business, your market and the work you put in.

Enquiries and the Join form

Sending an enquiry doesn't make you a member and doesn't create any contract. We read every enquiry and decide who we invite to join. Details you submit are handled under our Privacy Policy.

The site links to and embeds content from other services, including YouTube, Spotify, Instagram and others. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms apply when you use them.
